- It is a high precision straightening or flattening machine for thickness 0.5-6.0mm metal sheet materials.
- This is a multi rollers precision straightening machine equipment, the up side consists of 9 straightening rollers and the down side has 10 straightening rollers, there are auxiliary supporting rollers between the upper straighten rollers and the bottom straighten rollers.
- The material of feeding and straightening rollers are belongs to high-quality bearing steel GCr15, after high-frequency treatment, the surface hardness of rollers is above HRC58 degrees, the rollers surface has also be plated hard chrome with thickness of more than 0.05mm. All rollers surface has also been grinding and polishing treatment in order to prevent the straightened products from being damaged due to the rollers rotation.
- There are two adjustable springs on the feeding roller for adjusting the feeding pressure, you can manually adjust the feeding gap in order to make the feeding more smooth.
- Applying the turbo and small teeth screw structure combinated into two sets of hand wheel adjustment, equips with two precision digital dial indicator, through its reference the metal sheet straightening become accuracy, easy and simple. The best straightening accuracy can reach 0.05mm/100cm.
- Equips with an automatic greasing oil lubricating system. The rollers bearing position can be automatically lubricated, and a manual greasing pump can be used to periodically do the gear lubrication.
- Builds with 3mm thickness auxiliary stainless steel supporting plates on the inlet and outlet of the machine in order to facilitate the loading and discharging material easy and convenient.
