• The printing platform width is 175mm, it is even wider than Epson printer head, the heating platform length is 300mm, these factors significantly improved the heating efficiency. The advanced and reasonable structure can guarantee the error within 0.05mm.
• With powerful functions boards system support the block head and the deciphered head, machine printing output is stable and effective all the time.
• Multiple created and improved motor gears and fixing devices lead to high accuracy, high durability and abrasion resistance, its quality is much better than any other system
• Stepless carriage height adjustment for different kinds of printing materials.
• Auto Moisture Ink Absorption System, four small circular guide rail can make the capping system accurate raising and descending, these will protect printhead more efficiently and Clean printhead directly to avoid ink waste and save running cost and improve working efficiency. • Three-stage temperature heating adjustment - front ,middle and rear. Three sides of advanced surface treatment, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. Multiple 3 phases constant heating system promotes ink absorption of material, which makes printing clearer, dry faster and image stay longer.
• Embedded feeding up system is specially for the self adhesive vinyl, the feeding structure can easily avoid wrinkling and skid of the media.
