- Suitable for screen printing on large scale outdoor advertising, decorative paintings, glass, leathers,Large LGP light guide plates, solar panels, large packaging decoration materials,large stickers, large posters, car trunk stickers advertising, container stickers, building materials, metal plates, plastic plates, acrylic, wood materials, and IC boards etc.
- Four posts synchronous vertical lifting system driven by mechanism ensures long working life and better printing results etc. It also avoids ink drifting and easy to clean, a small amount of ink can be printed on the version.
- Applies Panasonic PLC and touch screen as controlling system. All essential pneumatic and electrical components are imported from Japan so that machine prints smooth, stable and durable.
- Printing table and silk screens can be adjusted in 3 directions to ensure finest registration.
- The Stainless printing table also has vacuum function to secure fixing of substrate throughout entire cycle or intermittently.
- Equips with auto pneumatic screen peeling off system.
- Printing speed, printing length and other printing parameters can be adjusted by LCD tough screen.
- The printing squeegee and ink scraper can be stopped before or after printing to suit different ink natures and different printing effects.
- Machine can be operated in three running modes: Automatic, Semi-automatic and Manual.
